界面还凑合，速度不错，safari和firefox的结合体吧。

无法使用网银，界面布局有点像ie7之类的，关闭书签栏之后，可视面积比较大

有了firefox，google还出chrome干什么？和firefox一起对抗ie?

不过新版本的软件运行都比较快，当初试用firefox0.9的时候在我的64M机器上那叫一个快啊。

发现一个问题，对discuz论坛支持的很不好

但是貌似Chrome并不是那样稳定。

GNU今年已经25岁啦，所以 Free Software Foundation (FSF)策划了一个长达一个月的Party来庆祝。这个Party随着一部名为“GNU生日快乐”的短片正式开始。
在这部5分钟长的短片中，Fry把自由软件比喻为‘正义的科学’，当然微软和Apple那些大公司的专有软件则被比喻为‘专制主义’。然后他鼓励人们为了未来的光明，多多使用自由软件。

The October release date of Ubuntu 8.10 is fast approaching, yet until now, we don’t know exactly what the finished product will look like. I don’t want to make any guesses, instead, I decided to collect 10 beautiful existing GTK 2.x themes that I think can be further improved or altered and be used as the default desktop theme for Intrepid Ibex. According to a recent IDC report highlighted by ZDNet, Linux is booming. At just 9.4 percent of the overall server market in terms of revenue in 2007, Linux has now climbed to 13.4 percent of the overall server market, with Unix at 7.7 percent and Windows at 36.5 percent. If Linux server vendors want to continue to grow, at some point they're going to have to come to grips with Windows, rather than eating into the low-hanging Unix fruit.

这两天几乎都忙着修改这个主题，在一帮朋友的帮助测试下，成功通过了审美和功能的考核，所以在这里发布这个Wordpress主题：Twittress。为什么叫Twittress呢？Twittress是Twitter+Wordpress，使用这个主题，你能将Wordpress打造成像Twitter那样的微博客。因为本来打算自用，所以模板里很多词语都用中文，如果你喜欢用英文，需要手动修改。

没错，我开始时是设计成下面这个样子的：

包括Denis，兜兜等同学都说难看，后来在JasonIT的建议下，模仿了饭否的CSS设计。

要构建一个微博客其实可以安装一些现成的程序，比如国内的Easytalk，但没有什么比将WordPress打造成微博客更有趣，不是吗？

前天Denis给我看了Prologue Theme，一个可以在首页即可完成文章发布的主题，当时我就决定，一定要将其改造成可能吧版的微博客，于是，我花了2天时间，将Prologue改造成Twittress。

说了一堆废话之后，进入高潮部分：

相对于Prologue，Twittress有哪些改进？

1、大幅度修改CSS，基本上是面目全非。

2、在侧栏加入登录框（如何在侧栏加入登录框？）、搜索框、友情链接、页面、最新评论等。

3、在主题包里加入archive.php（存档）,search.php（搜索）等必要主题元素。

4、其它一些修改，加入一些其它元素。

Twittress的优点

1、在侧栏即可完成登录。

2、在首页即可完成一句话的更新。（要插入图片或多媒体必须进入wordpress后台）

3、简单、简洁。

Twittress适合哪些人安装呢？

1、想尝试新东西的人。

2、经常写短篇博客的人。

3、不想进Wordpress后台就写博客的人（直接在首页即可写博客）。

4、团队内部交流。

5、想构建一个微博客的人。

安装要求：

1、Wordpress 2.3 或以上，在Wordpress 2.6.1下效果最佳。

2、需要安装Pagebar插件。

安装方法：

1、解压Twittress.zip，用你的logo替换文件夹twittress/i里的about.png。

2、上传到wp-content/themes/下。

3、在管理后台启用Twittress主题。

其它说明：

本主题遵循CC协议，也就是说你能修改和非商业使用这个主题，但需留下可能吧的链接。

常用中成药的真相——王老吉凉茶

【标明的成分】

水、白砂糖、仙草、蛋花、布渣叶、菊花、金银花、夏枯草、甘草。

【声称的功效】

清热去火。

【真相】

王老吉凉茶据说是广东鹤山人王泽邦（乳名王吉）于1828年开始销售的产品。目前做为植物饮料销售，但含有多种中草药。

成分中的“蛋花”不是指鸡蛋，而是夹竹桃科植物缅栀的花，因其花瓣颜色内黄外白，类似鸡蛋，故名。缅栀分泌的乳液有毒，其花的毒性不详。

甘草的化学成分有糖皮质激素样和雌激素样作用，可引起假性醛固酮增多症、血压升高、心律失常、过敏反应。具体另文分析。

王老吉凉茶中最值得注意的成分是夏枯草。夏枯草据说在夏至后逐渐枯萎，中医理论因此认为它生来有“纯阳之气”，所以才一遇阴气即枯，所以就可以用它来“补厥阴血脉”。《神农本草经》将夏枯草归为有毒、不可久服的“下品”药，而《本草纲目》则称其“无毒”。

有多项研究表明夏枯草能导致不良反应。夏枯草的乙醇提取液能抑制小鼠的细胞和体液免疫反应[1]。皮下注射可使动物胸腺、脾脏明显萎缩，肾上腺明显增大；腹腔注射可使血浆皮质醇水平明显升高，外周血淋巴细胞数量明显减少[2][3]。表明夏枯草可能是一种免疫抑制剂，长期或大量服用能使机体的免疫功能受到抑制。服用夏枯草水提物能使小鼠的血清丙氨酸基移换酶和血清天门冬氨基移换酶的值都明显升高，说明夏枯草有肝脏毒性作用[4]。

临床上，有幼儿因服用含苍耳子、夏枯草和鸡内金的中草药3个月导致急性重症肝炎而死亡的报道[5]。也有报道因服用夏枯草导致过敏，表现为皮肤瘙痒、丘疹[6][7]，甚至因过敏性休克而昏倒[8]。

2005年，职业打假人刘殿林以王老吉凉茶含有夏枯草中药成份、擅自添加《食品卫生法》所明令禁止的药品为由起诉王老吉凉茶的销售商和厂商，被法院以原告未能提供证据证明夏枯草有毒副作用等理由驳回[9]。2007年，重庆市法律工作者况力彬称喝了王老吉凉茶后出现头晕，该凉茶添加了夏枯草，违反了《食品卫生法》，再次起诉王老吉凉茶的销售商和厂商，被法院以夏枯草能否作为凉茶配料不属于本案审查范围为由驳回[10]。

被告辩护称：在2005年，卫生部卫监督发（2005）189号《关于王老吉凉茶有关问题的批复》，同意《关于普通食品添加夏枯草有关问题的请示》，其内容为“在食品卫生法生效以前，传统上把药物作为添加成分加入，不宣传疗效并有30年以上连续生产历史的定型包装食品品种，可以经售。”王老吉凉茶开始于1828年，已经有100多年的历史，所以该饮料中添加夏枯草，没有违法[11]。

卫生部的这一决定似乎更多地出于保护商业利益的考虑，并无科学上的依据。很显然，一个药品如果能导致不良反应，并不因为它被一家老字号公司使用就失去了其毒性。例如，雄黄传统上做为酒的添加成分，其历史比王老吉凉茶悠久得多，但是雄黄酒有很强的毒性，那么是否就可以允许某家老字号销售雄黄酒供消费者为了“驱邪”、“解毒”在端午节时饮用？
